Efrain obtained his MBA from Sauder School of Business at UBC, he also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and graduated as Computer Engineer at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Strategic intrapreneur and product professional with 10+ years of experience driving ideas from conception to execution, developing business models for mid-large organizations, managing multi-functional teams and finding solutions to complex problems by diving deep into the technology both from a product and customer’s perspective. Ample experience in cloud computing, data analytics and IT consulting applied in healthcare.
As Director of Operations for the IBD Centre of BC, Efrain has implemented a series of solutions based on cloud technologies, security standards and data analytics. Each initiative has the ultimate goal of improving patients’ quality of life.
