Purpose of Bowel preparation study<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This study aims to assess the experiences and symptoms of patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)<\/strong> following bowel preparation and colonoscopy, compared to individuals without IBD. Additionally, it seeks to identify specific types of bowel preparation that may contribute to increased post-procedure discomfort or exacerbation of IBD symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Researchers will analyze and compare patient feedback surveys from both IBD and non-IBD groups to achieve these objectives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is involved<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Participants will complete a one-time survey (online or in-person). The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes<\/strong> and includes questions about their clinical history, colonoscopy experience, and perspectives on bowel preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will have up to<\/strong> 2 weeks<\/strong> post-procedure to complete the survey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
