older<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmed pregnancy <strong>before 35 weeks<\/strong> of gestation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For IBD group:<\/strong> Confirmed diagnosis of Crohn\u2019s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interested in learning about bacteria in your gut&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For control:<\/strong> Do not have a diagnosis of IBD (serving as comparison group)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanting to help advance research on maternal dietary interventions and early prevention for infants at high risk of inflammatory bowel disease<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p <\/strong>to first sample collection&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inability<\/strong> to provide consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Previous gastrointestinal cancer<\/strong> or bowel surgery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renal disease<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HIV\/AIDS<\/strong> or other serious infection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fetal chromosomal<\/strong> or structural abnormalities&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other immune-mediated diseases<\/strong> (e.g., multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, primary sclerosing
